International Events

AAN Annual Meeting 2026

This meeting is one of the world’s most prestigious gatherings in clinical neurology and includes educational programs, presentations of new research, clinical trial results, and discussions of the latest diagnostic and therapeutic evidence. In 2026, artificial intelligence in clinical decision-making, precision medicine, gene therapies, and the application of biomarkers in neurological diseases were among the topics receiving particular attention.

American Physiology Summit 2026

This summit is the American Physiological Society’s (APS) flagship annual event and provides a platform for interaction among researchers from various fields of physiology. Its scientific program ranges from basic cellular and molecular studies to translational research and clinical applications, while also providing an opportunity to introduce innovative laboratory technologies and develop interdisciplinary collaborations.

FENS Forum 2026

The Forum of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) is the largest neuroscience gathering in Europe and is held every two years. In addition to presenting the latest research findings, the event emphasizes training for young researchers, the development of international collaborations, and the introduction of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, optogenetics, advanced imaging, and neuromodulation.

OHBM Annual Meeting 2026

OHBM is the most important international event in the fields of brain imaging and computational neuroscience. The meeting plays an important role in advancing methods for analyzing fMRI and diffusion MRI data, connectomics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in brain imaging, and many global standards in these fields are introduced or updated through this organization.

INS World Congress

This congress is one of the world’s major events in the field of nervous-system stimulation-based therapies. In addition to deep brain stimulation (DBS), spinal cord stimulation, and vagus nerve stimulation, particular attention in 2026 was devoted to closed-loop neuromodulation, brain–computer interfaces (BCIs), and the application of artificial intelligence to the adjustment of stimulation parameters.

Society for Neuroscience 2026

The annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN), attended by tens of thousands of researchers from around the world, is considered the largest scientific event in neuroscience. This gathering covers virtually all branches of neuroscience, from cellular and molecular biology, electrophysiology, computational neuroscience, neuro-oncology, imaging, cognitive science, and neurotechnology to translational and clinical research. Some new research findings are presented at the meeting in the form of lectures and posters.

Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC 2026)

AAIC is the world’s largest specialized gathering focused on Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. In addition to presenting new findings on pathology, genetics, biomarkers, and imaging, the conference plays an important role in introducing clinical trials of new drugs and developing global strategies for prevention and patient care.

FEPS–SIF European Congress of Physiology

This congress is one of Europe’s major physiology events and brings together researchers working in cellular, systems, cardiovascular, neural, respiratory, metabolic, and exercise physiology. In recent years, particular attention has been given to translational physiology, precision medicine, and the interaction of different body systems in maintaining homeostasis.
